Our purpose
DCAS exists to develop the skills of adults and young people so they can achieve personal and professional goals. The old site described this as work that engages, retains, accredits and empowers learners; the new copy keeps that meaning while making it clearer and more direct.
Our experience includes training, consultancy and regeneration services for individuals, organisations and partnerships working to reduce barriers to learning and employment.
